The role:

We are currently looking for an Indirect Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible to implement the sales plan and procedures of the Indirect Sales department, in order to achieve the departmental sales targets.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Process production for telecommunication services in the required systems.

• Manage and update performance reports.

• Problem solving - follow up and resolve customer complaints

• Conducting customers to resolve not successful orders.

• Keep control of stock levels of sim cards and POS materials.

• Prepare customer orders to be send out

• Process completed orders received

• Complete orders in the required systems and manage related documentation

Your Profile:

• Diploma and / or University Degree preferably on Business Administration 

• One-year Sales Accounts management experience would be considered as an advantage

• Strong commitment to help sales team meet and exceed goals, deadlines, and commitments.

• Very good command of Greek and English language both oral and written

• Ability to resolve problems

• Ability to work with teams to resolve customer issues and conflicts.

• Must be a mature business professional who does not require oversight and day to day management.

• Candidate must be able to follow the company’s code of conduct

• Must be able to work with teams

• Understanding of services and products

• Basic knowledge of Fixed and GSM technology and services
