Delfi Partners & Company is currently looking to hire a Driver & Operations Support Officer, ideally based in Limassol. The role will provide support across all cities where the Group operates in Cyprus, depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide transportation services for the Managing Partner, employees, clients, and business guests across Cyprus, ensuring safe and timely transfers as required.
Coordinate and maintain company vehicles, including servicing, inspections, cleaning, documentation, and general fleet-related matters.
Support the day-to-day management of the company fleet by maintaining records, liaising with external providers, and coordinating vehicle-related activities when required.
Provide operational support across the Group, including property inspections, reporting maintenance or operational issues, and assisting with the movement and delivery of supplies, laundry, equipment, furniture, and other items between properties.
Transport housekeeping and cleaning teams to and from company properties when required to support operational needs.
Assist with external administrative tasks, including document collection and deliveries, visits to authorities, suppliers, and other external parties.
Provide general support to different departments across the Group and perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management in line with the nature of the position.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
High school or University degree.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Driver.
License: EU driving license required.
A clean driving record.
Availability to occasionally work on weekends and night shifts.
Discretion with passengers as well as confidentiality is imperative.
A polite and professional disposition.
Diligent and punctual.
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).
