Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present the company's freight forwarding and logistics solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek 
• No previous experience in freight forwarding is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.
