Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Cyprus and international companies.
- Manage all aspects of Cyprus company incorporations, amendments, restructurings, dissolutions and related filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Draft corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes and other statutory documentation.
- Prepare and submit filings relating to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Register maintained by the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and the Trust Register maintained by CySEC.
- Prepare and review bank account opening documentation, liaise with banks regarding account openings and maintenance, oversee payment instructions and support clients on banking-related matters.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks and other professional advisers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, statutory registers and client documentation, ensuring proper organisation, secure storage and compliance with internal procedures and GDPR requirements.
- Supervising, mentoring, and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of client proposals, engagement letters, and fee quotations where required.
- Staying updated on changes in Cyprus legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role.
Carrying out any other ad hoc duties required to support clients and the firm’s operations.
Requirements
- University degree in a business- related discipline. A Law degree and/or relevant legal experience will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator within a Corporate Services Provider, Law Firm or Accounting Firm.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus company law and corporate administration procedures.
- Knowledge of AML legislation and the application of KYC and client due diligence procedures will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with corporate administration software (e.g. eBOS) will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in trust formation and administration (STEP qualification will be considered an advantage).

Leadership - Meet Fivi Tramountanelli - Lawyer | Director
Fivi Tramountanelli is a Cyprus-qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association, with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and international commercial matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Warwick and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Services from the University of Manchester.
Fivi began her legal career at Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC, where she progressed to Head of the Intellectual Property Department and later joined Christos Patsalides LLC, focusing on corporate law and structuring matters.
She subsequently spent eight years as Senior Legal Counsel at Wargaming.net, managing global trademark, copyright, and patent portfolios, and leading complex intellectual property licensing and commercial agreements. During this time, she was involved in high-profile international collaborations with globally recognised brands, entertainment franchises, and public figures.
As Director of the firm, Fivi leads the corporate services and legal practice, advising clients on Cyprus company incorporations, corporate structuring, and ongoing company management, as well as the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property.
