Job Description

Medicover Laboratories is looking to hire a Call Center Operator to join our team, in Strovolos (Nicosia Medical Center).

Working Days: 6/week (Monday - Saturday. Saturday is on rotation with the rest of the team)
Working Hours: 42hrs/week, the call center operates from 7:30am - 7pm 
Shifts: Morning and Afternoon on weekdays (Shifts are on rotation with the rest of the team). Saturday only morning shift (7:30am - 2pm)
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information regarding laboratory services and tests
• Handle client inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department when needed
• Cover for Doctor Secretaries positions when necessary
• Support the daily operations of the call center

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare environment will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Polite, responsible, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
