We are looking for a Sales Representative:

What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Representative role at Primetel Shops can be challenging. Here’s what you will be doing:

• Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Promoting and selling Primetel products and services.
• Processing sales and completing all related documentation.
• Assisting customers with billing, account, and service-related enquiries.
• Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping customers and providing friendly service.
• Has previous customer service experience, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• Is comfortable with sales and working in a commission-based environment.
• Has an interest in technology, mobile phones and the internet.
• Can work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis. You’ll work 38 hours per week and receive your schedule in advance.
• Is fluent in Greek and English.
