Gellissimo Lava Spot Limassol is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Gelato Sales Assistants to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve gelato, desserts and other Gellissimo products according to our quality standards.
• Help customers with flavours, products and their selections.
• Take orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Ensure attractive and clean presentation of the gelato display and serving area.
• Restock products and supplies when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Support the team with the daily operation of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, food & beverage or retail is considered an advantage, but is not essential.
• Friendly and positive personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Languages: Greek (Mandatory), English (Mandatory)
