Job Description
Simply Wings is hiring qualified staff for the reservations and ticketing department.
Required to have:
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Communication and computing skills
- Must be able to make reservations and book tickets via GDS, Amadeus preferred
- Work with Back-Office.
IATA certificate is a plus
Duties:
- The person will be handling travel requests, reservations and will be ticketing flights/travel products.
- The person will also assist with back-office work (reservations and ticketing agent).
