Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all Repair Operations & Technical team activities
• Ensure timely repair & return-replacement-refund to customers, according to company’s policies and legal requirements
• Communicate with suppliers to coordinate returns, replacements, and compensations according to individual vendor service agreements. Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors where necessary
• Manage the requests from technical team for spare parts, sourcing from vendors or third-party suppliers
• Manage the disposal/destruction of items which have been deemed irreparable or scrap, according to environmental requirements

RMA Manager Requirements

• Previous experience of minimum 7 Years in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel 
• A genuine interest in technology

Job Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• Salary Range: € 2,600to € 3,200 (based on Experience and Skills)
• Provident Fund
• Yearly holidays: 22 days
