Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised General Manager to oversee our store, team and daily business operations.
Responsibilities include driving sales, staff scheduling and training, customer service, managing B2B and online orders, website product uploads and updates, stock control and warehouse coordination, supplier communication, ordering and replenishment, invoicing and administration, and overseeing order preparation, courier dispatch and delivery follow-up.
Working closely with the owners, you’ll take initiative, resolve day-to-day issues and keep the store and back office running smoothly. Retail management experience, confidence with computer systems, and fluency in Greek and English are essential.
