Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional, personalised service.
Present and promote a range of fine jewellery, including gold, platinum, diamonds and precious gemstones.
Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products.
Work towards individual and store sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Assist customers with bespoke jewellery orders and special requests.
Handle sales transactions, enquiries and after-sales service.
Maintain attractive product displays and a high standard of shop presentation.
Support stock control, inventory counts and the secure handling of valuable merchandise.
Follow company procedures and security standards.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in retail sales; experience in jewellery, luxury goods, fashion or other premium retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong sales and customer-service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Good command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones or precious metals will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
What’s Offered
Performance-based commission scheme.
Full-time employment: 38 hours per week.
6-day working schedule, based on a rota between 10:00 and 19:00.
