Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction works on-site.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Prepare and review subcontractors’ payment certificates.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform quantity surveying and measurement of works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered with ETEK.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
