Accountant & Finance Operation Officer

Kean Soft Drinks Ltd a leading company in Juice and soft Drinks industry is seeking to recruit a person for the position of Accountant & Finance Operation Officer. The position has a working base in our offices in our factory in Limassol. 

We are seeking a highly capable Accountant & Finance Operation Officer to lead our management reporting, planning, and performance management agenda.

This role combines management control, compliance, forecasting, supporting both management decision-making and operational performance across the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
• Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget / forecast performance and provide actionable business insights.
• Prepare and present management reports and explain financial performance deviations.
• Support the achievement of profitability, cash flow, and operational targets.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance processes.
• Support CapEx, productivity, treasury, and working capital management.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports.
• Process payments and monitor cash flow.
• Monitor inventory accounting and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external authorities.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience 
• Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., E-Soft or similar)
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
