Job Summary

G.T.L Tiles is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base. The role focuses on B2B sales, finding new projects and building strong relationships with professional clients.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and achieve targets within the assigned area.
• Find new clients and projects through cold calling, networking and field visits.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects and retailers.
• Present the company’s tiles, sanitary ware and related products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up until closing.
• Manage existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Maintain customer and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Monitor the market and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or construction products is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to find new clients, manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Target-driven, organized and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Greek and English.
• Valid driving license .
