LLTLAW is a leading Cyprus law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal, corporate and fiduciary services to local and international clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Compliance Officer to join our team at our Paphos office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the firms AML/CFT policies and procedures.
• Carry out Client Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Client (KYC) and ongoing monitoring procedures.
• Support client risk assessments and periodic reviews.
• Monitor client transactions and help identify potential suspicious activities.
• Maintain compliance records and support accurate documentation.
• Respond to internal compliance queries and liaise with relevant authorities where required.
• Handle other compliance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Compliance, AML/KYC or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• ICA AML Certification and/or Cyprus Bar Association AML Certification will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
