Dora Theophilou Ltd., exclusive distributor of luxury fragrance and beauty brands in Cyprus, is seeking a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand and trade marketing plans.
• Manage product launches, campaigns and retail activations.
• Coordinate with international brand partners and retailers.
• Monitor sales, sell-out, stock and brand performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and calendars.
• Ensure excellent in-store visibility and brand execution.
• Coordinate with Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Operations and Logistics.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Luxury, beauty, fragrance or premium brand experience is an advantage.
