Job Description
Dora Theophilou Ltd., exclusive distributor of luxury fragrance and beauty brands in Cyprus, is seeking a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand and trade marketing plans.
- Manage product launches, campaigns and retail activations.
- Coordinate with international brand partners and retailers.
- Monitor sales, sell-out, stock and brand performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and calendars.
- Ensure excellent in-store visibility and brand execution.
- Coordinate with Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Operations and Logistics.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Luxury, beauty, fragrance or premium brand experience is an advantage.
