Key Responsibilities

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Lemesos Campuses.

• Implementing admission strategies to attract prospective students
• Serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
• Establishing and monitoring information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation
• Managing the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
• Evaluating applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
• Overseeing the registration process to ensure it runs smoothly
• Tracking and presenting accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Planning, organising, and representing the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days, and information sessions
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process
• Support any aspects / tasks related to Admissions & Marketing as assigned by the Direct Report
• Acquiring any other duties assigned by the Director and are related to the activities of the Admissions & Marketing Department

Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
• Proven experience as an Admissions Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
