Who we are:

Aseto is a Cyprus-based AI company building the next generation of Voice AI - communication agents that handle inbound support, outbound calls, smart scheduling, and conversational IVR for businesses across healthcare, finance, insurance, hospitality, and public services.
We are already trusted by leading brands in Greece and Cyprus and are accelerating our commercial expansion. To fuel that growth, we are hiring a Business Development Executive to sit directly within our commercial team, reporting to the Business Development Manager.

 

What you'll do: 

–    Cold outreach: high-quality prospecting via phone, email and in-person visits to target businesses; you are comfortable walking into an office unannounced.
–    Lead qualification: identify decision-makers, understand pain points, and build a structured pipeline in the CRM.
–    Product presentations & demos: deliver tailored presentations and live demos of Aseto's Voice AI platform to C-level and operational stakeholders.
–    Proposals & quotations: write commercially sound proposals, prepare pricing quotations, and present offers confidently.
–    Deal negotiation & closing: lead negotiations through to contract signature, with full commercial accountability.
–    Relationship management:  maintain and grow accounts post-sale, identifying expansion opportunities.
–    Market intelligence: bring structured, actionable field feedback to the BDM and product teams.
–    Events & networking: represent Aseto at industry events, associations, and business forum
 

What we need from you: 

Must-haves
–    2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in software, SaaS, or a related tech sector.
–    Real cold outreach experience - calls, visits, and email sequences are not new to you.
–    Confident presenter: you can demo software and tell a compelling commercial story to business owners and executives.
–    Experience writing proposals and quotations and negotiating commercial terms.
–    Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English.
–    Organised, target-driven, and capable of managing your own pipeline with minimal supervision.
–    Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
–    Valid Driving Licence
Good to have
–    Background in selling SaaS, AI, telecoms, or automation solutions.
–    Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM tools
–    Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
–    An existing professional network in Cyprus or regional markets
