Comitela LTD is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating all project stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and supervise daily construction activities on-site.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure all works comply with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable building regulations.
Monitor and maintain the quality of construction works.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Prepare daily and weekly construction progress reports.
Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and government authorities on technical matters.
Monitor project budgets and construction costs.
Prepare work completion certificates and verify completed work quantities.
Participate in tender preparation, procurement, and construction contract administration.
Maintain and control all technical and as-built project documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building technologies, and construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is required.
Knowledge of Greek will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
The candidate must hold a valid Republic of Cyprus Building Contractor Licence Class D or higher, authorizing the execution of construction projects with a total area of 1,000 m² or more.
