About the job
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our rapidly growing workforce in Nicosia, Cyprus. The ideal candidate is an organized individual with attention to detail and an interest in interacting with people. Relevant professional experience within the financial industry is an advantage but not a requirement. The successful applicant will be responsible for organizing the corporate administration of the Group, including statutory tasks, filings, and corporate housekeeping, and will be part of the Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Administrator will contribute to the Team by performing the following:
Coordinate and provide full secretarial support to the Group, its subsidiaries and, where applicable, to the Group’s clients.
Preparation and filing of forms with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Maintain company registers up to date.
Drafting documents such as resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, instruments of transfer, and other corporate documents for the corporate vehicles affiliated with the Group.
Assist in preparing and submit all applicable statutory documents with the Cyprus Stock Exchange, and where applicable, with the Cyprus Securities and Exchanges Commission.
Coordinate and arrange AGM/EGM documentation for the corporate vehicles affiliated with the Group and assist any external service providers with requested corporate information.
Electronic and physical file archiving.
Management and update of internal databases.
Arrange bank account openings and any relevant updates, liaise with banking institutions for any related matters, and handle related documentation.
Arrange notarization, legalization, and authentication of documents.
Any other Ad-hoc general administrative duties not listed above may occur on an as and when basis.
Required Qualifications
2+ years prior experience as a corporate administrator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
Dynamic, proactive and highly organized.
A team player with a hands-on approach. Able to work with limited supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
