Hera Real Estate is a growing property office based in the heart of Paphos.
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our back office team as a CRM Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our internal CRM system accurate and up to date — uploading new content and making daily updates related to developer projects and property listings.
This is a steady, detail-oriented position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working methodically on a computer.
Your responsibilities
- Upload new developer project materials to the internal CRM system on a daily basis
- Update existing records with the latest information from developers and project teams
- Ensure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with team members when new materials or updates are received
- Maintain a well-organized and consistent structure within the CRM
What we are looking for
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods — this is essential
- Good attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to data entry
- Reliable, punctual, and self-organized
- Previous experience with CRM or data entry systems is a plus, but not required
