Join our Digital function to create consumer experiences across digital touchpoints. You will lead platforms, programs and partnerships that support awareness, activation, loyalty and business performance.

Impact You'll Own

• Grow the e-commerce and membership ecosystem to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty and advocacy.
• Increase conversion and consumer value through CRM, e-commerce strategies, campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Improve campaign, website and consumer performance through analysis, personalization and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver compliant, consumer-centric experiences through effective cross-functional and partner collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow the IQOS.com e-commerce and IQOS Club ecosystem through personalized consumer experiences.
• Develop and execute CRM, e-commerce and IQOS Club strategies, campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Create and optimize communications across email, SMS, push notifications, Viber and other touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign, website and consumer performance, recommending improvements to engagement, conversion, retention and return on investment.
• Manage activation budgets, agencies, technology vendors and external partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, IT and other stakeholders across channels.

Skills & Capabilities

You bring at least 7 years' experience working in Digital Creative, eCommerce and/or Digital Media agencies and/or client-side digital experience.

• You combine Data-Driven Decision Making, Digital Intelligence, Business Acumen and Consumer & Market Understanding to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• You apply Digital Loyalty Management, E-commerce Strategy and Digital Customer Engagement to create connected, personalized consumer journeys.
• You use Project Management, Channel Development and Digital Strategy to set priorities, grow platforms and deliver sustainable business value.
