Career Opportunities
We invite applications from energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious Executive Assistant to join the team of the office of the Regional Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.
Handle incoming communications and act as a point of contact on behalf of the Director.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
Assist with departmental coordination and follow-up on key actions and deadlines.
Support the planning and organization of meetings, events, and conferences.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Any additional qualification will be considered as an advantage.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives for a period of over five years.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
