• Your CV, including full detail of your last three kitchen positions
• A short covering note explaining what draws you to the role and to Lexeko
• Any references you are able to share at this stage

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial conversation, followed by a site visit to Lexeko, a working interview in the kitchen, and a formal offer.
