Sands Beach Club Resto in Limassol is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team. The successful candidate will manage reservations, welcome guests, coordinate seating, and support the venue’s daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent communication and listening skills (via phone and in-person)
• Maintain patience and composure, staying positive during difficult and stressful situations
• Escort guests to assigned Dining, Bar, and Sunbeds areas
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire venue
• Coordinate with staff regarding available seating options
• Welcome guests to the venue in a professional and friendly manner
• Greet customers upon their departure and ensure a positive experience
• Work effectively as a team player
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Send selected photos, in coordination with the Sands Manager, to the Sales Team for Instagram and communication use
• Assist the Sands Manager with the overall operations at Sands
• Maintain excellent guest relations and customer service standards

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player mentality
• Good knowledge of English and Greek (additional languages considered an advantage)
