While cooperating with the various other departments within the hotel, you will be sharing the vision of Kanika Hotels & Resorts, to offer guests an amazing holiday experience in Cyprus.
What we expect from you:
Handle the on boarding and off-boarding of all employees by following the company’s policies and procedures
Ensure that all the necessary information is obtained from the new employees and all policies and laws are followed at all times
Update the payroll system with the employees’ data and do any necessary modifications
Work closely with the company’s Central Accounts Department
Ensure that the company’s financial policies relating to employees are being followed at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Leaving Certificate. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality or Financial field will be considered as an advantage
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4 star or 5-star hotel
