 Job Overview

 Housekeeper A is a senior member of the housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. The role also supports supervision, ensures quality control, and assists in guiding team members to deliver outstanding service.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

·       Clean and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the resort’s high standards.

·       Ensures all assigned areas are prepared efficiently, especially for VIP arrivals and priority rooms.

·       Supports the Floor Supervisors in coordinating daily housekeeping operations.

·       Provides guidance and on-the-job training to Housekeeping team members when required.

·       Handles guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

·       Monitors and maintains housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and supplies.

·       Reports maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities promptly.

·       Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

·       Assists in linen control and proper usage of cleaning materials.

·       Handles and reports lost & found items according to hotel procedures.

·       Always maintains confidentiality and respects guest privacy.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment is essential.

·        Experience in a senior or supervisory housekeeping role will be considered an advantage.

·        Good knowledge of Greek and/or English.

• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests.
• Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards.
