The Client:
On behalf of our Client, a leading group of restaurants and cafes in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit a talented and passionate professional to join their Human Resources Team as HR Business Partner in Nicosia.
The Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the company's HR initiatives, acting as point of contact, providing guidance and supporting our client’s Brand teams. You will work closely with operations to provide HR support to our client’s Brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees by conducting on site visits to our stores, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, coaching them on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs, identify training needs, and liaise in organizing training sessions.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and assist with audits and reporting.
- Exit Process: Manage the exit process for departing employees, conduct exit interviews, and handle offboarding tasks.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR programs and processes.
- Benefits and Compensation: Support benefits administration, compensation analysis, and assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits.
- HR Projects: Collaborate on HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) will be considered an advantage.

Location: The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.
