Incoming Representative (Romanian Speaking – Airport Operations)

Duties & Responsibilities
· Meet and assist passengers at Larnaca Airport arrivals
· Provide accurate information about transfers, hotels, excursions, and services
· Promote and sell excursions, tours and activities
· Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and internal operations teams
· Assist with group arrivals and VIP passengers when required
· Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
· Maintain communication with tour operators and partners
· Ensure smooth daily airport operations and guest flow
Requirements
· Fluent in Romanian and English
· Greek language is an advantage
· Strong communication and persuasion skills (Sales-oriented mindset)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Valid driving license (preferred)
Qualifications
· Experience in tourism, hospitality, airport handling, or customer service is an advantage
· Knowledge of Cyprus destinations and hotel areas is a plus
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
