While previous experience in travel is considered an advantage, we also welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about travel and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Your Duties
• Create and organise travel experiences for our clients
• Interact with clients and assist them in selecting the best travel arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients, groups, and individual travellers
• Stay up to date with destinations, travel technology, and travel options
What we are looking for
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using web-based applications
• Ability to learn and use travel management and reservation systems
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Fluency in both Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
The following will be considered an advantage
• A university degree in Travel or a related field
• Previous experience in travel or a related industry
• Knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS)
• IATA qualification or other relevant travel certifications
