Internal Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

• Document and review existing procedures and controls
• Evaluate internal controls, processes and compliance with policies and regulations
• Identify risks, control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
• Perform risk-based internal audit reviews across Group companies
• Prepare audit working papers, findings and recommendation
• Assist in the preparation of Internal Audit Reports
• Follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations
• Participate in ad-hoc reviews and investigations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong IT literacy and ability to work effectively with digital systems and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Partly or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Internal/External Audit, Accounting, Risk or Compliance is an advantage
• Understanding of internal controls, risk management and corporate governance
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency and MS Office
