Role Description

·      Review and comment on Architectural plans.

·      Assist in the preparation of technical specifications.

·      Meeting with clients and assisting them with their requirements.

·      Developing, creating and presenting detailed architectural drawings for clients.

·      Liaise with consultants/contractors to implement client changes.

·      Site inspections to ensure that all client requirements are met.

·      Monitoring the progress of development licensing.

·      Monitoring the developments' schedules.

·      Management and coordination of suppliers.

·      Following architectural trends.

Education, experience, skills and competencies

·      University degree in Architecture.

·      At least 2 years of relevant experience.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design softwares.

·      Proficiency in MS360 products (excel, word, etc).

·      Fluent in Greek and English languages.

·      Exceptional organizational skills, communication and time management skills.

·      Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

·      Creative thinking and ability to turn ideas into effective solutions.
