Position Overview
We are seeking Junior Consultants to join our Advisory Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to build a career in regulatory consultancy and financial services compliance. You will work alongside experienced consultants to assist clients with authorisation/registration processes, compliance frameworks, internal audits, and the preparation of manuals, policies, and procedures. The role also involves conducting in-depth regulatory research and preparing client-facing reports.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in preparing and submitting licence and registration applications for entities such as Crypto Asset Service Providers, Investment Firms, Funds, Fund Managers, Payment and Electronic Money Institutions.
Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, including AML/CFT and regulatory monitoring programs.
Participate in internal audit assignments, including reviewing policies, procedures, and operational controls.
Draft, review, and maintain compliance manuals, operational procedures, and policy documents tailored to client requirements.
Conduct jurisdiction-specific regulatory research and prepare concise reports and updates for clients and internal use.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence with clients and regulators.
Collaborate closely with senior team members and relevant stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training and industry updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
Demonstrated interest in financial services regulation, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and willingness to learn.
1-2 years of experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage.
