Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including case assessment, strategy development, and legal research.
Represent the company in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions. Advocate on behalf of the company during settlement negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Manage the discovery process, including the preparation and review of documents, conducting depositions, and responding to discovery requests.
Prepare and file all necessary court documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case status and developments.
Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and ethical obligations.
Requirements:
BSc/BA and/or MSc in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum experience of 4 years in litigation
Admission to the state bar in good standing.
Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Superior oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
