Swift Marine, a leading provider of end-to-end shipping and supply chain solutions, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team.

In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the accurate processing and tracking of international orders and shipments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, smooth cargo flow, and timely communication.

• Order Management & Entry: Accurately enter new orders into our operational system and ensure all required information is complete.
• Documentation: Collect essential information per purchase order and prepare necessary export documents for international shipments.
• Shipment Tracking & Coordination: Arrange order collections and consistently follow up daily until items are safely received and in stock at our global warehouses.
• Data Integrity: Maintain the operational system with current data, including order documents, charges, and daily stock reports from agents.
• Problem-Solving: Coordinate with the warehouse team to quickly resolve any mishandled or incorrect inventory entries.
• Reporting & Communication: Issue weekly order lists, keep team leaders informed of delayed shipments or supplier/warehouse issues, and issue confirmation emails to suppliers.
• Quality & Compliance: Execute routine tasks following company policy and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in environmental and quality performance.

Minimum Requirements

We're looking for a motivated self-starter with:

• Bachelor’s degree: in Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration or related field.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).

Desired Skills

• Prior experience in maritime logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics-specific operational systems.
