The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage client accounts and coordinate our marketing work across channels. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, turn their business goals into clear plans and tasks for our team, and bring the results together into reports that show what is working. It is a role for someone who sees the full picture of each client and keeps the work moving in the right direction. Full-time, based in our Limassol office.
What you'll do
· Client management: Act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding each one's business and what they need from us.
· Marketing planning: Plan the marketing activity for each client and keep it moving, making sure the work stays on strategy and on schedule.
· Working with specialists: Brief and coordinate our SEO, Google Ads, and social media specialists so each client's campaigns stay cohesive.
· Hands-on delivery: Produce work directly where needed, such as email marketing, content, and campaign setup.
· Quality control: Review work before it reaches the client and make sure it meets our standards.
· Reporting and growth: Bring performance together into clear monthly reports, and use them to identify growth opportunities and new channels for each client.
What we're looking for
· 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or with direct client contact
· Real understanding of how campaigns and content work, not just how to execute a brief
· Initiative: you spot what needs doing and act on it
· Good creative judgment: you can look at a piece of content and say why it works or why it doesn't
· Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, social media and email, enough to brief specialists and challenge their work
· Fluent Greek and English, based in Limassol - Cyprus, with an understanding of the local market
· Experience with GA4, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and project management tools
