Project Manager – Limassol

Crona Construction Ltd, a member of Crona Group, is seeking to recruit a Project Manager for full-time employment in Limassol.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations
• Track project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues
• Prepare and monitor project programs and timelines
• Review and approve payment certificates and subcontractor valuations
• Prepare monthly progress reports and project updates for management
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project risks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
