Requirements:

• Organizational and communicational skills
• Tech and social media knowledge
• Greek and English knowledge is a must, Russian is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Sales skills
• Booking management
• Previous experience in Pet Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Cover the Main shop’s front desk.
• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Pet Hotel booking.
• Grooming appointments booking.
• Clientele boost through customer service and public relations.
• Sales boost through social media.
• Promote products, recommend suitable items, achieve sales targets
