Requirements:
- Organizational and communicational skills
- Tech and social media knowledge
- Greek and English knowledge is a must, Russian is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Sales skills
- Booking management
- Previous experience in Pet Industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Cover the Main shop’s front desk.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Pet Hotel booking.
- Grooming appointments booking.
- Clientele boost through customer service and public relations.
- Sales boost through social media.
- Promote products, recommend suitable items, achieve sales targets
