MotoTrend is looking to recruit a Sales & Customer Experience Officer for Ferrari and Lotus.

Based in Nicosia, MotoTrend is a well-established, family-owned company with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. 

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused professional, who shares our passion for exceptional automobiles and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Role

As a Sales & Customer Experience Officer, you will be responsible for representing Ferrari and Lotus while developing lasting relationships with our customers and delivering an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Managing the complete sales process, from initial customer enquiry through to vehicle handover and follow-up
• Conducting test drives and gathering valuable customer feedback
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities within the local market
• Coordinating with the After Sales Manager on matters relating to pre-owned vehicle sales
• Introducing prospective customers to the Ferrari and Lotus brand experience, heritage and values
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients through structured contact and follow-up plans
• Ensuring showroom operations comply with the standards established by Ferrari and Lotus
• Delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the purchase and ownership experience
• Organising and coordinating events to strengthen the visibility and presence of Ferrari and Lotus in Cyprus

• Supporting the brands’ social media presence and related activities

   

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience within the luxury or premium sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry, performance and luxury vehicles.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues and senior management.
• A dynamic, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

• A valid driving licence.
