CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding company in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. Our client is seeking applicants who possess extensive experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, with proven experience in warehouse operations and management. You will need to have strong experience with WMS systems, with advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, and standard working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
• Manage and optimise warehouse, transport and 3PL operations, including capacity planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow.
• Lead, motivate and develop operational teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer service.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and performance standards, analysing results and implementing corrective actions where required.
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency, including logistics costing, budgeting, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage key relationships with suppliers, 3PL providers, logistics partners, and customers, ensuring service and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse management, ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and effective resource utilisation.
• Utilise ERP/WMS systems, Excel, and data analytics to support planning, reporting, operational control, and decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analysis, providing Senior Management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making through operational and financial analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices across the supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate operational and supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Significant experience in 3PL/Contract Logistics.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Strong expertise in logistics costing and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Proven experience in RFQs, tenders and commercial costing.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proven experience managing and developing managers and supervisors.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and continuously growing environment.
• Experience in Food, Retail, E-commerce, and/or Pharma Logistics is desirable.
• Experience with warehouse automation and material handling systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with AI, predictive analytics and optimisation tools will be considered an advantage.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse and distribution operations is a plus. 
• Experience in business transformation, operational excellence and process improvement is desirable.
