Responsibilities

Handle reception duties, including reservations, check-in/out, concierge services, and billing.
Ensure a professional, efficient, and friendly guest experience.
Address guest requests and promote hotel services.
Collaborate with all departments for high guest satisfaction.

Requirements

2-3 years of front office experience in a 4 or 5 hotel**.
Fluent in Greek & English (additional languages a plus).
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
