G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit professional and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team of The Classic Hotel, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Nicosia, Cyprus.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide information about menu items when required.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to the hotel’s service standards.
• Ensure tables and service areas are properly prepared, clean and well presented.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and hotel procedures at all times.
• Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment, will be considered an advantage.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good command of English and/or Greek. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the hotel’s operational requirements.
