Your role at HFM:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Responsible for administrating and updating the compliance record keeping folders.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in the completion and maintenance of any Compliance Registries.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Regulatory Team.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in the preparation of the annual and induction staff training program and monitors the completion by all members of the Company.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Assist in responding to requests from external and internal auditors, by collecting and coordinating relevant documentations</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitor communication between Clients and the various Company departments in line with the monitoring requirements of the relevant regulatory framework.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitor the websites of the company to ensure compliance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Report monitoring findings and make recommendations for compliance improvement to the Head of Compliance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitoring of affiliates.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Identify, document, and classify incidents related to AML, compliance, and legal risks from across the organization.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Investigate reported incidents, assess their severity, and escalate them to the appropriate departments (AML, Compliance, Legal).</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitor and track the status of reported incidents until resolution, ensuring prompt action and follow-up.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis, recommended corrective actions, and preventive measures.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">BSc/BA in Law, Economics, Business, Finance, or any other related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">1+ years’ experience as a Junior Compliance and/or Monitoring Officer or in a similar role within the FX industry.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent written &amp; verbal communication in both Greek and English language.
