Your role at HFM:&nbsp;<ul><li>Responsible for booking journal entries, invoices, and bank payments in the accounting system.</li><li>Process payments for expenses, taxes and company’s creditors via online banking and preparing bank reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain, monitor, and record the petty cash of the Company.</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of suppliers back to supplier’s statements.</li><li>Preparation and submission of Quarterly VAT returns.</li><li>Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and reconcile back to the accounting system.</li><li>Prepare monthly management accounts and assist the Head of Finance &amp; Accounting in the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.</li><li>Provide to the relevant authorities (tax, social insurance etc.) all reports required in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in developing more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Assist both internal and external auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.</li><li>Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.</li><li>Assist in ad hoc reports and analysis required by the Head of Finance and Accounting.</li><li>Execute and reconcile the payment of payroll for all the company employees.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics.</li><li>3+ years’ experience in Accounting/ Finance.</li><li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft and Excel.</li><li>Highly organised and excellent at time management.</li><li>Multi-tasker who can work with a high volume of transactions for different accounts.</li><li><h6>Ability to meet assigned deadlines.</h6></li></ul>**We can only consider candidates that have the legal right to work within the EU, at this time.
