Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Full ownership of the time &amp; attendance software, ensuring all information is correct before transferring data into the payroll system</li><li>Maintain and update payroll records of employees</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues</li><li>Input employee details and payroll information into the ERGANI system, ensuring timely and accurate submissions</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements/qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>University degree (Bachelor /Master) in Human resource management, Business or relevant</li><li>Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)</li><li>Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken)</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently</li></ul>&nbsp;If you think you have what it takes and you fit this job, we would like to hear from you.
