<h5>JOB SUMMARY</h5>Ensure flight schedules are covered by manpower efficiently.<h1 style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;">&nbsp;</h1><h5>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</h5><ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:18.93px;"><li>Determine seasonal and monthly manpower requirements according to flight schedule and/or assumptions relating to flight schedules</li><li>Ensure the correctness of all the planning and the rostering parameters (qualification matrices / engagement standards / CLA and SLA requirements) and customer schedule information</li><li>Prepare monthly rosters each month (as per CLAs and SLAs) aligned with company’s financial operations targets and sent to staff by the 25th of each month</li><li>Ensure the correctness of the customer schedule information and update planning, rostering and pre-allocation as per the updated schedules</li><li>Allocate on the roster the annual leave and the staff training as per the vacation plan and the training plan respectively, and ensure staff is updated</li><li>Prepare and share with the departments the daily pre-allocations and ensure that the planned resources are covering the demand based on company’s pre-allocation targets</li><li>Define staffing gaps and determine changes needed to the rosters 4 days in advance and on a rolling basis in cooperation with the departments</li><li>Act on the staffing gaps and on the required changes in advance (as per the pre-planning targets) and ensure that affected staff is informed 4 days in advance</li><li>Perform ad hoc schedule analysis and develop “what if” scenarios requested by management</li><li>Evaluate current resource assignments and planning of resources (manpower &amp; equipment), for tenders or due diligence activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with Swissport’s Operations Manual and industry standards (ISAGO, IGOM, ISO)</li><li>Deliver any reports relevant to planning, rostering and pre-allocation</li><li>Communicate effectively with staff regarding any matters related to their rosters</li><li>Any other duties may be assigned by the management related to planning, rostering and pre-allocation</li></ul>&nbsp;<h5>QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES</h5><ul style="list-style-type:square;padding-left:18.93px;"><li>Adequate knowledge and at least 3-5 years of experience in ground handling and/or Cargo operation&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in staff planning, rostering, allocation, or OCC is an advantage&nbsp;</li><li>Presentation &amp; moderation skills</li><li>General IT know-how</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, another language advantageous</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills</li><li>Effective communication and organization skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills combined with drive for self-improvement</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Looking for a new challenge?&nbsp;If you are interested in this position, please send your CV at <a href="mailto:%20Andri.Petrou@swissport.com">Andri.Petrou@swissport.com</a>.&nbsp;Please use the code PRP/CY.&nbsp;Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
