We believe that by providing people with the best and highest-quality live streaming experience in entertainment, we can tackle the world’s “problems” better, together!&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Legal Counsel&nbsp;to join our dynamic Legal department. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Give accurate and timely counsel to the Chief Legal Officer in a variety of commercial topics (Digital Services Act, Audio-visual Media Services Directive, Online Safety Act, DAC7, GDPR, labor law, corporate law etc.);</li><li>Taking the lead in negotiating contract and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts including payment service provider agreements, NDAs and marketing agreements;</li><li>Assisting with international compliance and regulatory issues;</li><li>Collaborating with external legal counsel on jurisdiction-specific matters, including litigation, enforcement and license applications;</li><li>Researching and evaluating different risk to the business and its operations;</li><li>Contributing to training the team and other stakeholders and to build up legal know-how within the business;</li><li>Contributing to the brand protection tasks of the company.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Possession of a Law degree (LLB is required; LLM would be considered an advantage), preferably obtained from a UK university;</li><li>Admitted Attorney to the Bar of the State of origin;</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel within an international business environment of IT industry or related.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and strong understanding of corporate law, regulations, and procedures;</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
