VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos, as the Service Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the service team, provide guidance, training, and support to maintain exceptional service standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the restaurants and the bars operation, ensuring impeccable service delivery.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards throughout F&amp;B outlets.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Resolve any issues or complaints that guests may have, as well as any issues that arise within the department.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure that guests have a seamless experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Report on the hotel management on departmental performance and guest feedback.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comply with all company-related service standards and operating procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pleasant personality with excellent communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management software.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae, mentioning the &nbsp;title of position, to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> , no later than October 30th 2025.&nbsp;***All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
